MCP Connection

Connect your AI assistant to studioflow using the Model Context Protocol.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) allows AI assistants to interact with studioflow directly. Once connected, you can ask Claude (or another MCP-compatible assistant) about your schedule, bookings, attendance and payments, set up classes, and draft messages to your clients, all in plain language.
🔒
The assistant never sends messages to your clients. Announcements, reminders and campaigns are saved as drafts in studioflow. You review and send them yourself from the app.

What you need

  • Claude (web, desktop or mobile) or another assistant that supports remote MCP servers.

Connecting in Claude

  1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and click Browse connectors.
  1. Search for studioflow and click Connect.
  1. Claude opens the studioflow sign-in page. Log in with your studioflow email and password, then approve access.
  1. Start a new chat and try: "What's my next class?"

Connecting ChatGPT and other assistants

Add studioflow as a custom connector using this server URL: https://app.get-studioflow.com/mcp/
In ChatGPT, custom connectors need Developer mode: open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn it on, then go back to Apps & Connectors, click Create, name it studioflow and paste the server URL. ChatGPT opens the studioflow sign-in page so you can log in and approve access.
Any assistant that supports remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP with OAuth can connect the same way. The server supports OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE.

What you can ask

  • Schedule: "What's my next class?", "Show my classes this week", "Give me the details for my Tuesday yoga class."
  • Bookings and attendance: "How many people are enrolled in Pilates Flow?", "How is attendance trending for HIIT over the last 6 weeks?", "Which classes are filling up and which have space?"
  • Payments: "Who still owes for this term?"
  • Planning: "Which classes are at risk of low numbers?", "Which classes need promoting?", "How did this week go?", "What should I focus on this week?"
  • Setting up classes: "Create a beginners yoga class on Thursdays at 7pm", "Clone my Monday class into a new term starting in January."
  • Messages (drafts only): "Draft an announcement for Saturday's class", "Draft a payment reminder for clients who owe", "Prepare a campaign to all active clients."

Privacy and security

  • The assistant only sees data from your own studioflow account, using the same access you have when you log in.
  • Access is granted through OAuth. The assistant never sees your password.

Disconnecting

To remove access, open Customize → Connectors in Claude (or your assistant's connector settings) and disconnect studioflow. You can reconnect at any time.
