StudioFlow is fitness booking software with no monthly fee. Instead of a subscription, you top up credits from your phone and they’re used as you go: €0.10 for each client in each class session, and a few cents for each SMS, email or WhatsApp message you send. There are no tiers to upgrade through and nothing to cancel.

A worked example
Say you run 4 weekly classes, each with 10 clients, over 4 terms of 8 weeks a year. You send every client an SMS reminder for each class they’re in, and two emails per term to your whole list.

Why we built it this way
StudioFlow was first built for an instructor who couldn’t justify a recurring subscription before she’d built up a full client base. She was running a handful of classes, growing slowly, and every tool she looked at wanted a monthly payment up front — before she’d proven the business could pay for it.
Every instructor has a slow month. A quiet January, a summer lull, a term that doesn’t fill. A monthly fee adds pressure at exactly the wrong moment. So StudioFlow was built from the ground up as pay-as-you-go fitness software — not a free trial that turns into a subscription, but a pricing model where your software bill follows your activity.

Is StudioFlow really free?
It’s free to download, and you get €5.00 of free credit when you sign up. After that you pay as you go: €0.10 per client, per class session (nothing for clients who pay online), and a few cents per message. There’s no subscription.
Is there a monthly fee?

How does pay-as-you-go work?
You top up credits from the app. Each client who pays cash costs €0.10 per class session (clients who pay online cost no credits), and each SMS costs €0.05, each email €0.02. Your balance is always visible in the app.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you top up stay on your account until you use them.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You top up from the app in a few taps. Your classes, clients and records stay exactly as they are — nothing is locked or deleted.
What does taking online payments cost?
Online payments are optional. If you connect Stripe, StudioFlow charges 3.5% per payment plus Stripe’s card processing fee (about 1.5% + €0.25). Clients who pay online cost no session credits. If you take cash or bank transfer, there’s no payment fee at all.
