What does it cost?

Two fees apply to each online payment: StudioFlow's 3.5% platform fee, and Stripe's processing fee (~1.4% + €0.25 for European cards).

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes — Stripe is the payment processor that moves money from your client's card to your bank account. Stripe accounts are free to create and take a few minutes to set up. Once connected from your StudioFlow profile, you're ready to take payments.

What if a client wants to pay cash?

They still can. The same booking link works for both — if you haven't connected Stripe, or if a client pays in person, they're registered as a manual participant and no payment is collected online.

When does the money arrive in my account?

Stripe pays out on their standard schedule, typically 2–7 business days after a payment. Your payout timing and bank account are configured directly in Stripe — StudioFlow doesn't hold or touch the funds.

Can clients cancel their own bookings?

No. Clients contact you directly if they need to cancel. You can then issue a full refund from the bookings view in StudioFlow — it takes one click and the refund goes back to the card they paid with.
