Permanently remove your account and all associated data
This action is irreversible
Once you delete your StudioFlow account, all your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day backup period. This cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your StudioFlow account and all associated data, follow these steps:
Open the StudioFlow mobile app
Launch the StudioFlow app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
Navigate to Account Settings
Go to your profile or settings section within the app.
Select "Delete Account"
Look for the account deletion option in your settings menu.
Confirm deletion
Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your StudioFlow account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Account Information

- • App settings
Client Data
- • Client contact information
- • Form submissions and responses

Class Management

Data Backup Period
After you delete your account, we maintain a secure backup of your data for 30 days. During this period:
- Your account cannot be accessed or reactivated
- Data is stored securely and is not accessible to anyone
- You can contact support to permanently delete data immediately if needed
- After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
Before You Delete
Consider These Options First
Unused Credits: Any remaining credits in your account will be lost and cannot be refunded.
Active Classes: Complete or transfer any ongoing class sessions to avoid disruption for your clients.
Alternative Solutions: Consider if there's a specific issue we can help resolve instead of deletion.
